Emergency Care FAQs

Is the hotline truly 24/7?
Yes. After-hours calls are routed to on-call clinical support. If we miss you, we return calls promptly.
Can non-patients use this service?
The 24/7 line is for our active or recent post-op patients. New patients can book urgent visits during clinic hours.
Do I go to the ER or call you first?
For life-threatening issues or chemical burns, call 911 or go to the nearest ER first. Then notify us.
Do you offer video calls?
Yes. Telehealth helps triage fast. Some conditions still require in-person exams to protect vision.
